High Corner
We looked at the similarities and differences between the High Corner House in 1963 and 2003 and things that may be the same. We created a Venn diagram to sort out the things we may expect to see on a visit to the inn in each time period.

Welcome to
Llanharan Primary School’s blog hosting information from our whole school
history project. We have set ourselves the challenge of creating an interactive
map of some of the key historical and important locations in Llanharan, chosen
by our pupils. We then aim to create a map with QR codes linking to our created
information which people can access and discover the stories of the locations
as they stand in front of them.
Our locations:
1. Llanharan Primary School (1980-present)
2. Llanharan Primary School (1892-1980)
3. St Julius and Aaron Church
4. The High Corner
5. Llanharan House
6. Llanharan Train Station
7. Llanharan RFC
8. Llanharan coal mining history memorial
